Hello, I’m Janzain mother of 8 yr-old girl Aisyah.  This blog is actually a pen-down of my thoughts (happy and sad), frustrations, exasperations, expectations, aspirations, etc.. anything that comes through my head really.  By putting the words down, I’m hoping it could also be a therapy helping me to look thru’ things clearer.  Among my biggest passion is travelling (but with a difference mind you!  … don’t  care too much about going to the touristy places but somehow still go to satisfy my curiosity actually) but the truth of the matter is am very much intrigued by the people and culture of a place.  How I envy those Discovery’s TLC channel hosts – they get to see and ‘live’ those exotic places. 

Top of my other ‘love-to-do’ list is ‘experiencing’, ‘experimenting’ and ‘watching’ my daughter grows.  I only have her and oh boy! what a challenge it’s to raise a child / children these days.  How I admire those blessed with many but yet can still keep a cool head & blood pressure down nurturing their offsprings to grow into intelligent and warm Caliphs.  As for me, I’d made many-many blunders along the way (which my beloved Aisyah ever so fond of ‘scolding’ and reminding me and to which my repeated response was simply “Mama is only human”!  Lame excuse I know and she would always rolled up her eyes in exasperation but hey, am trying my very best to be a good mom to her and her guardian.  I pray tht HE hasn’t given up hope on me yet and will always be forgiving,  guiding me along the right path to take care of what HE has loaned and entrusted upon me.  Happy sharing – yours truly, jan 🙂
